Sports Academy Programs Rules & Behavior Policy is to establish a clear plan of action for addressing disruptive or inappropriate
behavior that may occur during our programs. Although there has always been a zero tolerance stance regarding behaviors
that lead to disruption of activities or physical harm to others, this letter is to inform you of our Center's procedures when
dealing with offenses that require disciplinary action.

Strikes will be issued if Youth Program Rules are broken:

1. Respect – Respect teammates, coaches, referees, and opponents at all times.
2. Punctuality – Arrive on time for practices and games, ready to play.
3. Effort & Attitude – Always give your best effort and maintain a positive attitude.
4. Teamwork – Play unselfishly and support your teammates on and off the field.
5. Sportsmanship – No arguing with referees or using foul language.
6. Safety – Wear proper gear (shin guards, cleats, etc.) and follow safety instructions.
7. Discipline – Listen to the coach, follow instructions, and stay focused.
8. No Bullying – Zero tolerance for bullying, teasing, or disrespectful behavior.
9. Commitment – Inform the coach ahead of time if you cannot attend a practice or game.
10. Have Fun – Enjoy the game, improve your skills, and represent ACC with pride.

The following actions will be implemented in cases where a child behaves inappropriately and/or physically harms another.
Warnings may be given before a strike is issued. This will be referred to as the STRIKE POLICY:

First Strike:
The first time (or after a warning has been given) the child displays any behavior listed above, a time out will
be given. At pick-up, the parent will be informed of the “First Strike.”

Second Strike:
The child will be removed from the program for the remainder of the day. A parent or a listed emergency
contact will be required to pick-up the child immediately.

Third Strike:
Child will be permanently removed from the Youth Program for the remainder of the
session.

A-I hereby consent to use all of the Aisha Cultural Center Sport facilities and playground equipment’s and to play at the facility located at Aisha Cultural Center 1311 Hancock Lone Palm Rd Orlando, FL 32828. I understand and acknowledge that the use of outdoor facilities including the sport facilities involves risks including possible risk of injury to myself.
